Open from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. until midnight Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday, the restaurant is serving up made-to-order tacos, agua frescas among other traditional Mexican-inspired menu items.

The menu is anchored by a line-up of both tacos, complemented by salads, burritos, tortas, and desserts. Before you dig into the menu, enjoy some of Joyride’s complimentary chips and fire-roasted salsa. To drink, choose from six kinds of agua frescas that are made daily – available in alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions – as well as craft cocktails, beer, wine or tequila. Best of all, diners can enjoy the restaurants selection of cocktails, craft beers, agua frescas and wines for just $5 every day until 5 p.m.

As a taco house, it was no surprise that Joyride’s tacos were a Fab AZ favorite. Tacos come made-to-order on corn tortillas, filled with ingredients like beer battered fish, braised beef and slow-roasted chicken. Each taco is ordered individually, allowing you mix-and-match your favorite fillings from eleven different options. Complete your taco entrée with a choice of side dish, such as black beans or roasted vegetables.

Equally as delectable is the restaurants choice of tortas. We loved the chicken tinga, a sandwich that combines spicy chicken, guacamole, cabbage, onions and a homemade tomatillo salsa. Mexican-inspired dishes like burritos, tamales and enchiladas also grace the menu.

As if these mouth-watering dishes weren’t enough, Joyride continues to bring the flavor in their three dessert options. Diners can choose from a house made vanilla pudding, topped with cajeta caramel sauce, fresh bananas, salted pecans and cochinito cookie crust; fresh made churros sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and accompanied with a spicy chocolate dipping sauce; or a Mexican chocolate brownie with cajeta caramel sauce, dulce de leche ice cream and topped with spiced walnuts.
