The newly renovated location at Fashion Square will surely catch your eye with it’s new look. The chic and modern space, with stunning new design elements like a custom circular fish tank, crystal chandeliers, a custom water wall on the patio and a new color palette.

Featuring designer cocktails, also offered in slender versions, to a full beer and wine list you will find something to quench your thirst. Table favorites included the Cos[medic] Martini with dragon berry, pomegranate juice, blueberries, raspberries and agave nectar, and the Citrus Melon Punch with dragon berry, ty ku, monin o’free blackberry, lemon and agave nectar.

For starters, the Avocado Egg Roll with honey cilantro dipping sauce came highly recommended. The perfect blend of refreshing avocado on the inside, and a crispy, warm exterior crunch was a great way to start the meal.

For entree items from the ocean, we tried the signature sushi rolls the Coconut Shrimp Roll with toasted macadamia nuts, mango, cucumber, cream cheese, rose nectar and soy paper. We also tried the Shrimp & Lobster Roll containing lobster, garlic oil, horseradish cream cheese, cucumber, shrimp, citrus aioli and cucumber salsa. For menu items from land, we tried the Big Kahuna Cheeseburger topped with caramelized onions, cheddar, lettuce, and tomato on a brioche bun served with a side of fries.

The evening ended on a sweet note, with the Passion Fruit Crème Brulee. With a crunchy top, and a cool and refreshing passion fruit infused custard inside.
