Flourish is an all-new restaurant located on the grounds of the revamped CopperWynd Resort in Fountain Hills, boasting stunning views from almost every seat in the house.
Led by executive chef, Mike Winneker, Flourish will feature an ever-changing menu of farm-fresh, healthful yet crave-able eats served for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Flourish also has a great bar menu and weekday happy hour served in the stylish lounge and outdoor dining terrace. A highlight for us were the signature cocktails made with cold-pressed juices and artisan spirits.
Some of our favorite dishes were the Tuscan Kale Caesar salad, Crispy Brussels Sprouts and the Sunflower Seed Risotto. Make sure to save room for dessert – trust us!
