Inde Fusion is a new restaurant and lounge in Scottsdale that serves dishes with sauces and spices of the East combined with American favorites like tacos, shrimp and grits, baby back ribs and more.
Inde Fusion has brilliantly spiced up some favorite American dishes with bold Eastern flavors. A great example of this was one of our favorite dishes, the Shrimp and Grits. Sounds pretty basic, but this version features green chili cheddar grits, cajun lobster sauce and masala rubbed blackened shrimp. The cajun lobster sauce perfectly married everything together.
Some of our other favorites included the Kofta Wontons, Masala Fries, Inde Fried Rice and the Warm Salted Caramel Brownie.
The restaurant is both elegant and approachable, making it great for a romantic date night, or a casual dinner. The open floor plan incorporates Vastu Shastra, an ancient Hindu system of architecture that creates balance within a space by using elements of earth, water, fire and air.
Inde Fusion is open for happy hour and dinner Tuesday through Sunday.
