Located in a beautiful and quiet area in Carefree, Cafe Bink has a relaxing and inviting feel. That feeling must rub off on the staff, because they were extremely friendly.
Chef Kevin Binkley’s menu at Cafe Bink features French and New American cuisine made with artisanal and house made ingredients. Binkley makes an effort to partner with local farmers, ranchers and other suppliers who are also committed to quality as well as responsibility.
Serving lunch, dinner, happy hour and Sunday brunch, Cafe Bink has a variety of both healthy and indulgent meals, all equally delicious.
French fries are not typically a menu item worth mentioning, but these are not your ordinary french fries. The french fries alone have a great taste and are cooked perfectly, but the dipping sauces are where they really set themselves apart – truffle ketchup, aioli and sauce vert.
From their local produce menu, we highly recommend the Medjool Dates with pomegranate, prosciutto, blue cheese, frisee, arugula. The combination of flavors is magical.
If you’re not counting calories, be sure to try the Pork Mac & Cheese or the Two Wash Ranch Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy.
The Sunday Brunch menu, served 10am to 2pm, includes Green Chili Braised Pork, Eggs Benedict, French Toast and a fluffy Frittata as well as $12 Mimosas wth one cent refills.
Happy hour is 2-5pm daily, including weekends.
