Restaurant of the Week: 24 Carrots

24 Carrots, located in Tempe, is a 100% vegan restaurant with a menu that is largely gluten free and dishes that are inspired by and created with locally sourced, organic and artisanal ingredients.

Starting in 2008 with just 5 juices, 24 Carrots has expanded into a fast-casual restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They pride themselves on creating truly pure dishes, saying “if nature didn’t make it, we don’t include it.”

Breakfast items include burritos, tofu scrambles and bowls as well as french toast and pancakes (gluten free options available).

For lunch, enjoy a variety of salads, wraps, sandwiches and other delicious options such as RAW Taco Supreme, Mac & Trees and a Roasted Quinoa Veggie Bowl. The Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap was one of our favorites. Snacks include a Hummus Plate, RAW Jalapeño Poppers, Topopo Nachos and Spinach Artichoke Dip. All vegan of course!

They also have a variety of vegan baked goods to choose from with some gluten free options as well. You can find everything from vegan cupcakes, brownies, cookies and cakes as well as salted caramel truffles in their dessert case.
