Prado

Prado, located at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa, is hosting a champagne Easter brunch on Sunday, April 16, 9am – 2pm. Choose from breakfast classics, a selection of tapas, charcuterie and cheese, wood-fired meats or stop at the raw bar for seafood complete with shrimp and king crab. When it’s time for dessert, enjoy a plethora of spring inspired creations by Pastry Chef Ben which includes Passion Fruit Bavarian, Chocolate Decadence, sweet hot cross buns and more! Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails

Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails at Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix is putting a fun Southern twist on the traditional Easter brunch. Executive Chef Sean Currid will be preparing a picnic-inspired buffet for the holiday featuring an array of Southern classics including Cornbread with honey butter, Black Eye Pea Salad, Spiced Watermelon, Potato Salad, Biscuits and Gravy, Spring Vegetable Succotas, Chicken and Waffles, Barbeque Oysters, Roasted Sucking Pig and an assortment of Southern pies and seasonal sweet tarts. The Wigwam

Easter brunch buffet will be offered from 9am to 2am on Easter Sunday, April 16 in the Wigwam Ballroom at The Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park. The holiday-inspired buffet features an omelet station, pancakes, carved pepper crusted sirloin, seared salmon, maple peppercorn glazed ham and penne pasta with basil pesto and goat cheese. The Easter brunch buffet is $48 for adults, $20 for children ages 3 to 12 and complimentary for children under age two. A four-course Easter brunch is being offered at Litchfield’s restaurant at The Wigwam, featuring a choice of appetizers and entrée choices of caprese benedict, smoked salmon flatbread, shrimp and grits or huevos rancheros. An array of truffles, fruit tarts, macarons and other desserts tops off the Easter brunch menu. Litchfield’s Easter brunch is offered from 10am to 2pm and costs $54 per person. Royal Palms Resort & Spa

This Easter, get out and enjoy the beautiful spring weather at Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, which is offering fun activities for the family and two different dining options at the iconic T. Cook’s restaurant. New this year, children can participate in the Royal Easter Egg Hunt where they can search for the golden egg containing a summer staycation at Royal Palms and even hang out with Mr. Easter Bunny himself. Guests will have their choice of two dining options including the famous Ballroom Brunch Buffet or brunch in T. Cook’s prepared by Executive Chef Todd Allison. For a fantastic Easter brunch, chefs from Fairmont Scottsdale’s four distinctive restaurants are coming together to create one elaborate culinary feast at the AAA Five Diamond resort. The brunch features popular selections from Bourbon Steak, La Hacienda, Ironwood American Kitchen and Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar, accompanied by decadent desserts from the resort’s pastry shop. Easter Brunch will be served from 9am to 3pm in the Palomino Ballroom. The price is $95 for adults or $40 for children ages 6 – 12, plus tax and gratuities. Selections include flat-top riddled sweet bread with rosemary and juniper syrup, a chef-attended omelet station, an artisan charcuterie board, cider brined turkey breast with pear and tart apple chutney, snow crab claws, poached shrimp iced in a seal salt bath, grilled chicken breast with artichokes, charred fennel, and pearl onions, and an assortment of pastries from the kitchen.
