Ocean Prime, located at High Street in North Phoenix, is a fine dining experience serving perfectly cooked cuts of steak, seafood and delicious cocktails.
The perfect way to start your meal at Ocean Prime is with the “Smoking” Shellfish Tower – a show stopping display with oysters, crab meat, crab legs and shrimp. There are also a variety of sushi options including a Lobster Roll and Ahi Tuna Tartare.
For main entrees, if you would like to opt for a seafood dish, our favorites were the Sea Scallops and Chillean Sea Bass.
There are a variety of steak cuts to choose from, including varying sizes of Filet Mignon, New York Strip and Ribeye. You can personalize your cut of steak to have it served with your choice of “accessory” which includes – béarnaise sauce, black truffle butter, Maytag blue cheese crust, Oscar style, garlic shrimp scampi, or au poivre. If you’re a cheese lover like we are, the Maytag Blue Cheese Crust is a must try!
There are 14 different sides to choose from to accompany your entree. While you really can’t go wrong with any of the sides, we highly recommend the Smoked Gouda Tater Tots. Other highlights were the Jalepeno Au Gratin, Chophouse Corn and Black Truffle Mac & Cheese.
Be sure to save room for dessert. The Ten Layer Carrot Cake is an impressive treat and the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie and Warm Butter Cake won’t disappoint either.
Ocean Prime also offers a great cocktail list, with the Cucumber Gimlet being one of the most popular. There is also a large selection of beers and wines to choose from.
