Marigold Maison, located in Paradise Valley, serves some of the most authentic and delicious Indian food you will find in the Phoenix area.

Marigold Maison’s Executive Chef, Sunil Kumar, has put together an innovative menu that features authentic Indian flavors and favorites like Chicken Tikka, Bhel Puri, Samosas, and their Famous Tandoori Oven delicacies. Chef Sunil is originally from the state of Punjab, in northwest India, and his philosophy is to keep it to keep it simple. Use fresh ingredients. Cook from your heart and treat every guest like family. We definitely felt that when we visited Marigold Maison!

70% of the world’s spices come from India, so it only makes sense that the heart of most Indian dishes is the blending of dry-roasted and ground spices. This helps develops the complex flavors that Indian food is known for.

To start your meal, we highly recommend ordering the Hand-Stretched Fresh Tandoor Baked Breads. You get a choice of potato stuffed naan, onion stuffed naan or garlic naan. The Turmeric Lentil Soup and Quinoa Salad are also great starters. You can add some chicken or shrimp to the Quinoa Salad to make it a full meal.

The Marigold Thali Platters are a very popular main course option because it allows you to try a variety of items. All platters are served with naan, salad, basmati rice, papadum, lentil soup and rice pudding. The vegetable Thali Platter comes with Paneer Masala and Chana Masala, the chicken platter with Chicken Saag and Chicken Masala, the lamb platter with Lamb Masala and Lamb Vindaloo, and the seafood platter is served with Shrimp Masala and Shrimp Madras.

Other menu options include Tandoori Specialties, Rice Bowls and Wraps.
