In this column my intention is to educate, inspire and empower you. So many of us are seeking higher levels of wellness, spirituality and overall happiness. What is your why? What excites you? Where are you going? As a transformational life coach, I do not care as much about where you have been, I am focused on where you are going and how you are going to achieve what you envision. A life well lived is a life lived holistically – as a whole! Nothing is separate, everything is connected.
We are beginning to wake up to the ecological and ethical ramifications of how our collective actions affect every aspect of life on this planet. We know the benefits of eating healthy and organic food. But it goes much further than that.
Learning to live a more sustainable life means that you care about the environment, your wellness, and how you reach your individual pinnacle. Every little change you put in motion is a layer that you are adding to who you are.
Learn the lessons and gain the wisdom, no matter the teacher.
Every piece of clothing you wear, product of makeup you use and piece of food you eat has come from somewhere. There is a person behind every one of your purchases. Everything you do in this world has an impact on someone or something.
Have you ever thought about that? Have you thought about your daily consumer habits? Learn to buy less and buy better. Fewer and finer.
“When we know better, we do better” Maya Angelou
We are bombarded with so much information these days that it is easy to get lost or go down the wrong path. My intention is to assist and guide you. Teach you how to ask powerful questions to get the best results. Setting a standard of living and discerning how you want to be in this life while being the best version of yourself. Doing no harm to others or the environment is a goal worth striving for.
“Sustainable living is not about depriving yourself. It is about creating abundance for humanity, the earth and our future.” Tracey Martin
“A prospective client once asked me why my clients are so successful at achieving positive change with positive impact. I believe it is because I meet them where they are today and catapult them forward. The fact that I make house calls is good too! I need to see your environment and your natural habitat. This helps me to understand your world.” Learning to live with less material things is an exercise is letting go that will serve you well.
Nothing is off limits: Wellness, fitness, nutrition, sex, relationships, Image, career, parenting, dating, spirituality and finding your true calling! Lets take it all on and create the life you envisioned and do good for the world at the same time.
I am looking forward to connecting!
