Luci’s Healthy Marketplace in Phoenix is hosting a holiday vegan cooking class on Sunday, November 6, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Chef Johnna Gale, aka the Kitchen Shaman, will demonstrate meat-free holiday recipes and yummy desserts.
Items on the menu include holiday tofu-rky, quinoa salad with cranberries & almonds, white gravy, roasted butternut squash, whipped mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetable melody, pumpkin bread and chocolate avocado pie. Participants also receive 10 percent off market purchases that day.
The cost of the class is $49 per person.
