What is Jason Mitchell’s Story?
Prior to being ranked as the No. 1 producing real estate agent under the age of 40 in Arizona, Jason Mitchell grew up with humble beginnings in Detroit. His career in real estate started in his senior year of college at Central Michigan University when he interned as a sales consultant for Pulte Homes. He was selected as one of the four interns out of the 400+ applicants. During his internship, he really developed his passion for selling homes. The Pulte Homes president of the sales division promised Jason Mitchell a position with their company if he could sell the last eight homes of a community within five weeks. Jason officially started his career with Pulte Homes in 2003 after he managed to sell out the community in just 17 days.
At the age of 23, Jason Mitchell was selected in the “Top Gun” program at Pulte Homes which he was recognized for being the youngest among the 200+ sales consultants in the nation. Jason was offered an opportunity of a lifetime with Pulte Homes to transfer to Phoenix. After just being employed by Pulte Homes in Phoenix for eight months, Jason pursued his entrepreneurial path and opened his own residential real estate team, Jason Mitchell Real Estate of Realty Executives in 2006. Jason Mitchell Real Estate is now recognized as the No. 1-producing team in Arizona by Realty Executives and ranks as one of the top 25 real estate teams in the nation. His team has achieved more than $550,000,000 in residential real estate sales to date.
As a leader in the real estate industry, Jason mentors realty agents and young professionals while supporting multiple charities including Helping Hands for Single Moms. As a radio and television personality, Jason is a host on “Millennial Money Club” on Monday Radio 1510 AM every Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. MST and is scheduled to appear on HGTV’s “A Sale of Two Cities.” He is going to be featured in the November issue of nationally-recognized men’s lifestyle magazine, GQ for being selected as one of the top 12 entrepreneurs in the U.S.
