First job: I started as a busser at a Mexican food restaurant… I started to learn the restaurant business early!
Favorite AZ restaurant: Farm & Craft. I like to eat healthy and it’s one of the few places I can do that every day and still have some variety
Person who has impacted your life the most: I would have to say it’s been two people, my Mom and my Dad… My Mom helped me develop the personality and kind person I am today. My Dad showed was extremely important in my business life because he is a CPA and really showed me the ropes of the way a business should run.
Your biggest accomplishment in your eyes: I would say my biggest accomplishment was starting Riot Hospitality Group. I had been partners in a few restaurant groups before, but Riot Hospitality has been a massive success and we have some of the best people and concepts in the Hospitality business.
The biggest obstacle you have overcome: My biggest obstacle has to be all the different types personalities in business. Everyone is so vastly different, finding common ground in all relationships is really key to growth and success.
Someone who inspires you: My daily inspiration comes from my Riot Hospitality Team. They are the reason I have been able to achieve so much, and I love them all like family.
Favorite quote: It’s all about the relationships you create, so make some friends along the way.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Put your head down and work. Period. It’s not a secret, hard work pays off sooner or later if you keep at it.
