Willcox-based Aridus Wine Company uses grapes sourced from Arizona, New Mexico and California, which winemaker Lisa Strid uses to handcraft small lots of complex wines. Aridus hosts two local tasting rooms–one in Willcox and the other in Scottsdale, both of which are open by appointment only.
