Q: Where are you from?
A: I am from Man and women. You should know all this by now. Haha. Just like to start with obnoxiousness. Anyhow… Originally from Toronto, Canada, now make my home in sunny Los Angeles. F*** the snow.

Q: How long have you been doing comedy?
A: Technically all my life, but stand-up for the last 14 years.

Q: What can patrons of Stand-Up, Scottsdale! expect from you this weekend?
A: High energy, thoughtful, fun, provocative comedy. I am a entertainer and you will always get your money’s worth… even if it was free. I give a show and you will be enjoy it. If you don’t, I blame you, as you just don’t know how to have fun. With my show there is no time wasted. All moments considered and choreographed. I’m so funny you’ll pee in your friends pants. I really hope you like but certainly don’t care if you don’t.

Q: How did you get into comedy?
A: It was my destiny. I knew I needed to find a creative outlet and I did. Never turned back.

Q: Who would play you in the feature film of your life?
A: Me, of course. I’m a brilliant actor. Or Cookie Monster.

Q: What’s an interesting fact that people wouldn’t know about you?
A: I’m Canadian. People assume because I have a deep voice and I’m aggressive, that I’m from New York or Philly. I got news for you, America, some Canadians can be confident and brazen too (however, I do have a sweet heart).

Q: If you had the chance to do a comedy show with three comedians, living or dead, who would they be and why?
A: Billy Crystal. Sam Kinison. George Carlin. Best. Show. Ever. Then we’d all be surrounded by greatness. Some of my favorites all for different reasons.

Q: What has been your memorable comedy milestones so far?
A: Just making it back to Stand-Up Scottsdale this weekend. My next gig is always my favorite gig.

Q: Where can people find more information about you? Anything coming up we should know about?
A: Always doing comedy, got some TV things on the go and filming a comedy special in the next few months. Also, look (or hear) for my voice on the new Tron Uprising animated series coming out in May on the Disney channel. Great job to get and super easy. Beyond that, all of my jokes, appearances and love can be found right here… adamrichmondcomedy.com
