Milagro Grill in Phoenix is now offering a weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Fabulous Arizona got the opportunity to check out the new brunch menu at Milagro Grill. We started our brunch with tasty mimosas on the patio – it was a perfect 72 degrees outside.
Everything on the brunch menu looked so good we decided to share 3 separate dishes: Chilaquiles, Gravy y Bisquets and Pan Fránces. Everything was amazing, but the Pan Fránces, which is basically French toast, was definitely our favorite.
Milagro Grill’s brunch menu includes:
Chilaquiles– tomatillo, chile de arbol, egg, menonita, Oaxaca, corn tortilla. Choice of: chicken, steak or pork
Pan Plano de Desayuno– longaniza, charred tomato, potato puree, egg*, Oaxaca, menonita
Enfrijoladas– chicken, white bean, tomatillo, chipotle, queso fresco, egg
Mixto– papas picadas, sofrito, jalapeño, shallot, ham, egg. Choice of: corn or flour tortilla
Gravy y Bisquets– longaniza gravy, serrano, menonita, house bisquets, egg
Pancakes Únicos– dark chocolate chunks, cinnamon, bananas, peanut “butter”, real maple syrup
Pan Fránces– concha, crème anglaise, salted caramel, spiced berries
Torta de Desayuno– pan telera, menonita, tomato jam, egg*, papas fritas. Choice of: ham, bacon, skirt steak
