For Valentine’s Day, Executive Chef James Ducas and the LON’s culinary team at The Hermosa Inn will be preparing a five-course Sweethearts Menu ($75++/person) with the option of wine-pairing (additional $35/person), which will be available alongside LON’s regular a la carte menu from Thursday, February 13 – Sunday, February 16.

Sierra Bonita Grill

Sierra Bonita Grill will be serving its normal menu of Southwestern specialties that are influenced by the cuisine of American ranching and early Spanish settlers. They will also be offering a couple of specials created just for the occasion. Valentine’s specials include Smoked Prime Rib with green chile and cheddar mashed potatoes, gunpowder au jus and horseradish cream for $33. Also try the Lemon and Butter Poached Lobster Tail with sweet corn, potato and quinoa cakes, roasted beets, fennel and baby carrots, topped with mango butter for $35.

RA Sushi Bar Restaurant

Throughout Valentine’s weekend, RA Sushi will be offering a three-course menu made for two for only $30. From Friday, February 14 through Sunday, February 16, dinner guests can choose from a variety of appetizers, entrees, and dessert options to create the perfect romantic dinner.
