Flower Child in Uptown Phoenix has rolled out their weekend brunch menu featuring healthy dishes that are packed with flavor.
Fox Restaurant Concept’s Flower Child has redefined the meaning of healthy, proving again and again that food can be both good for you and absolutely delicious. The new weekend brunch menu at their Uptown Phoenix location is no exception.
The Late Riser Bowl, a stable on their regular menu, is still one of our favorites for brunch as well. The Late Riser includes scrambled eggs, quinoa, heirloom bean, avocado, roasted chile, salsa, corn, greek yogurt and queso blanco. The combination of flavors is amazing. Equally as delicious was the new brunch Vegan Hash. This dish has smoked tofu, portobella mushroom, organic potato, charred onion, avocado hummus, cilantro and fresh turmeric.
If you love avocado, the Crushed Avocado Toast is a must-try. Not much more to say about that one… bread and avocado – yum!
If you’re looking for something sweet, Poppy’s Parfait with Greek yogurt, fruit and granola is a fan favorite as well as the gluten-free Coffee Cake.
For beverages, order the Liquid Sunshine – coconut water, carrot, orange, ginger and turmeric.
Brunch is served 9am to 11am on Saturdays and Sundays only at the Uptown Phoenix location.
