Prado

Gather and give thanks at Prado at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa on Thursday, November 24th with a prix-fixe menu complete with holiday favorites including herb rubbed organic free-range turkey achiote crusted ribeye, along with decadent desserts. You can also enjoy the classics provided on the full, regular Prado menu. Live music will fill the air for this festive occasion. The cost for the prix-fixe menu is $85 per adult and $35 per child. On Thanksgiving Day, guests can choose between a four-course, prix-fixe menu at elements, Sanctuary’s signature restaurant, or a lavish buffet at The Views in Scottsdale. Dinner at elements will include an elegant turkey dinner with all the trimmings among the entrée choices, along with non-traditional offerings such as bacon-wrapped filet of beef with blue cheese crust; pan-seared John Dory with a braised leek, corn and mussel chowder; and roasted vegetable tian with goat cheese fondue. Available from 12 to 9 p.m., the elements dinner is priced at $85 per person. Featuring action and carving stations, the Thanksgiving buffet at The Views will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is priced at $75 per person. For both meals, children ages 6-12 dine for $25, ages 5 years and under dine free. Drinks, tax and gratuity are additional.

Tomaso’s Italian Restaurant

Tomaso’s Italian Restaurant in Phoenix will offer an Italian rendition of the American holiday feast for a Thanksgiving dinner. At Tomaso’s, Thanksgiving dinner is only $49 a person, and the fine dining experience includes a soup, salad, pasta, and entrée. Choose from traditional roasted turkey served with butternut squash ravioli and mushroom risotto, scallion mashed potatoes, cranberry orange chutney, and Sicilian brussel sprouts, to braised beef short ribs and gnocchi with veal and wild mushroom sauce. Palo Verde Restaurant

Palo Verde Restaurant at the Boulders Resort & Spa in Carefree will celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with a four course, specialty menu featuring festive, holiday items on Thursday, November 24th. Menu options include Oyster Two Ways served on a Half Shell with Smoked Trout Roe Migonette and Salt Baked Stuffed Pancetta-Swiss Chard, Apple-Sunchoke Bisque, Two Wash Ranch Heritage Turkey Braised Leg, Aged Beef Strip Sirloin, Seared Sea Scallops and Spiced Pecan Brittle served with Maple Ice Cream and Bourbon. Blue Hound Kitchen at Hotel Palomar Phoenix is serving a Thanksgiving Feast on November 24, 2016, 11am – 5pm. The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch is hosting a Family Thanksgiving Celebration on Thursday, November 24. Give thanks with family and friends while enjoying a delectable buffet with a variety of starters including Salt Pork Barley Soup, Pernod Poached Mussels, and Smoked Scottish Salmon followed by main dishes such as Butter Basted Turkey, Aged Angus Prime Rib, Baked Virginia Ham, Acorn Squash, and Brown Sugar Glazed Yams. Artizen, Crafted American Kitchen & Bar at The Camby in Phoenix The restaurant will offer a delicious array of traditional Thanksgiving dishes with the signature Camby-style twist, making Artizen an ideal destination to celebrate with friends and family around the table. Director of Culinary Experiences, Dushyant Singh, will showcase a selection of buffet-style stations, including an egg benedict section, chef prepared omelets, applewood bacon and chicken apple sausage, and made-to-order buttermilk pancakes topped with marinated berries, pure maple syrup, bananas, and Nutella. On Thursday, November 24 guests of L’Auberge de Sedona and locals alike are invited to celebrate Thanksgiving Day at Cress on Oak Creek. With delicious holiday food and drink offerings in a natural creekside setting with stunning views, Cress on Oak Creek is an ideal location to celebrate with friends and family on a holiday where food is nearly as important as those gathered around it. This year, L’Auberge de Sedona will offer a four-course Thanksgiving Tasting Menu at the newly introduced Cress on Oak Creek restaurant, featuring first courses such as steak tartare and Oak Creek risotto; main course dishes of all-natural turkey ‘en ballotine’ with giblet stuffing; and a variety of traditional desserts such as brown butter apple tart, pumpkin pie with rosemary marshmallow and chocolate pudding cake in a jar. The Hilton Tucson El Conquistador in Tucson will host their annual Thanksgiving Day Buffet in the Turquoise Ballroom on Thursday, Nov. 24 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Priced at $68 for adults and $26 for children ages 6-12 (no charge for children 5 and under), the buffet will begin with light starters including marinated artichokes, oven-roasted pears, duck and pork pate en croute, seasonal fresh fruit and berries and an artisan bread station with flatbreads. Carving stations and seasonal favorites will include roast turkey breast, omelets made to order, turkey enchiladas, pepita crusted corvina and chef specialties including pumpkin biscuits with honey baked ham, poached egg and salsa verde.
