Modern Market, now open in Scottsdale next to Mercedes-Benz, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and drinks made with ingredients that come from farms, not factories.
Conveniently located with ample parking, this fast-casual concept makes eating healthy quick, easy and affordable. The founders of Modern Market wanted to build a neighborhood spot where eating there every day would make them happier and healthier – so they did just that in 2009 in Boulder, Colorado. Now with 29 locations in several states, Modern Market has made its way to Scottsdale.
With menu items that focus on simple, wholesome ingredients, they can easily cater to dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten allergies and more. They even offer gluten free bread and pizza crust options.
Breakfast is served 8am to 11am daily with options such as egg plates, breakfast sandwiches, scrambles and waffles. Some of our favorites were the Chili + Eggs, made with 2 cage free eggs smothered in green chili with roasted breakfast potatoes and toast; and the Sausage Kale Scramble, made with 2 cage free eggs, nitrate-, hormone- and antibiotic free sausage, kale, red bell peppers, pepperjack, roasted breakfast potatoes and toast.
Lunch and dinner options include salads, soups, sandwiches and brick oven pizzas. Some of our favorites include the Superfood Salad, the Blueberry Pesto Sandwich and the Prosciutto Pizza. Save room for dessert and enjoy the Dessert Pizza, made with brown sugar caramel, roasted apple and pear, whole wheat crumble and whipped great yogurt.
Modern Market Scottsdale is open seven days a week, 8am to 9pm.
