Just in time for spring, Pita Jungle launched their new “Seasonal Kitchen Crafts” menu featuring six new items, as well as revamped their happy hour with more items and offerings as low as $1.
The new seasonal menu includes Chicken Avocado Pita Tostada, Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, Spicy Mango Shrimp and more. Here is a complete list of the new menu items:
Mayan Quinoa Chili
red kidney beans, black beans, red quinoa, corn, celery, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, jalapenos, garlic, fresh cilantro, pita chip.
Spicy Mango Shrimp
seven jumbo shrimp, caramelized onions, slivered mangos in a spicy sauce, stir-fried ginger rice.
Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl
sashimi grade ahi tuna, mangos, red bell pepper, green and red onions, fresh cilantro, fresh ginger, spicy poke sauce, organic brown rice or baby mixed greens with lemon vinaigrette.
Chicken Avocado Pita Tostada
grilled and chopped marinated all-natural chicken breast, avocado, cilantro-avocado crema, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled red onions, corn, bell peppers, black beans, black bean hummus, feta, pine nuts, baby arugula, pea sprouts, chipotle vinaigrette, honey, pita tostada. (also available with kafta meat or tofu)
Roasted Veggie Penne Salad
cauliflower, broccoli, yellow squash, zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, baby arugula, sundried tomato vinaigrette, honey, parmesan.
one scoop of each chocolate-pistachio, salted caramel gelati and raspberry sorbet topped with pieces of walnut baklawa and a fresh strawberry.
The new Happy Hour menu includes a Hummus Trio for just $1.50, select pizzas for $5 and $2 off wine.
Happy Hour is 3-6pm daily at every location and 9pm – close daily at select locations.
