Prado

Prado restaurant at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spat at Montelucia in Scottsdale is hosting a New Year’s Eve dinner on Sunday, December 31, 217. Toast to the New Year with a four course prix-fixe menu and champagne. Enjoy live music and dancing throughout the evening. Stay until midnight for a special balloon drop to ring in the new year. Hand Cut Burgers & Chophouse

Get the party started early with dinner at Hand Cut Burgers & Chophouse in Old Town Scottsdale. This vintage themed evening will start at 6pm. If you are partying at a Riot Hospitality Group venue after dinner (El Hefe or Whiskey Row), you will receive 15% off your dinner bill with the purchase of presale tickets or a VIP package. Guests can toast 2017 one last time with a sophisticated sit-down affair at elements restaurant at Sanctuary Resort on Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale. Presenting a four-course menu by Chef MacMillan, elements will offer two seating times. The first seating takes place from 5:30 to 7pm and is priced at $150 per person. The second seating, which includes a complimentary Champagne toast, party favors and admission to the jade bar celebration takes place from 8 to 10:30pm and is priced at $185 per person. Sonata’s

Sonata’s restaurant in Scottsdale will host a New Year’s Eve dinner followed by dancing on New Year’s Eve. Since Red is the lucky color for 2018, it’s a Red-Affair. There will be 2 seatings for dinner. First seating will be a 4 course meal for $65 or 6 course meal for $95, 5pm – 7:30pm. The second seating will be at 7:30pm for a 6 course meal for $115 per person. For those staying to ring in the New Year, there will be a champagne toast, balloon drop, DJ Vahid and dancing until 2am. Hearth ’61

Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails

Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails at Hotel Palomar in Downtown Phoenix will offer a five-course, prix-fixe dinner prepared by Executive Chef Sean Currid on New Year’s Eve. North Italia

If Italian cuisine is what you desire on New Year’s Eve, North Italia is offering its three-course menu. Start with a Chanterelle Mushroom Ragout or some Prosciutto Bruschetta and follow it up with the Grilled Branzino, Burrata Tortelloni or Red Wine Glazed Short Rib. Chef Russell LaCasce is ringing in 2018 at ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town Scottsdale with four courses including black truffle tart, Hokkaido scallops, Kobe New York strip, valrhona chocolate custard and Champagne pairings. Choose from a 5:30pm seating, or an 8pm seating that includes a special midnight toast. The first seating is $125, and the second seating is $160 including the midnight toast (per person, plus tax and gratuity). Pomelo at the Orchard in Phoenix is hosting a prix-fixe dinner for New Year’s Eve. The prix-fixe dinner is $55 per person and includes a welcome glass of champagne, roasted butternut salad, seared salmon paired with Craggy Range Sauvignon Blanc, rack of New Zealand lamb paired with Milbrandt Merlot, and a death by chocolate trio cake for dessert.
