Match at the FOUND:RE Hotel in downtown Phoenix will host an Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 1st, 10:30am to 3pm. The Easter Brunch options include soft poached eggs with crab cake; a spinach, leek and gruyere quiche; grilled lamb chops with mint chutney; spring chicken with rosemary and charred lemon; shrimp cocktail; and herb roasted sea bass. Sonata’s

On Sunday, April 1st, 10am to 5pm, Sonata’s Restaurant in Scottsdale will host a gourmet Easter Brunch with a modern European flair, including a visit from the Easter Bunny who has special gifts for the children. The buffet offerings include three meat-carving stations and waffle, seafood and egg stations, along with salads, appetizers, sweets and a variety of side dishes. Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa

On April 1 Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa in Paradise Valley is elevating Easter with two elegant brunches crafted by Executive Chef Beau MacMillan. Easter Brunch in elements restaurant will feature a delectable three-course prix fixe menu, including starters such as sweet corn and lobster chowder and chicken fried benedict. Guests can delight over entrees like duck confit and sweet potato raviolis and a spring vegetable frittata. Sweet-tooth cravings will be satiated with lemon meringue bombe, strawberry upside-down cake, chocolate caramel tart, and trio of sorbets. The Easter Buffet celebration in The Views Ballroom will be similarly inspired, and include a variety of seasonal favorites and carving stations. Steak 44 and Dominick’s Steakhouse

Two of Phoenix’s favorite steakhouses will be offering a special Easter Brunch menu on Sunday, April 1st, 11am to 3pm. Both restaurants will offer its full menu on Easter Sunday along with the special brunch menu that includes luscious appetizers, salads, entrees, and sides. Some of the popular entrees on the menu include and 8 or 12oz Filet Mignon and Fried Egg, Shetland Island Salmon, Maryland Style Lump Crab Cakes, Twin Lobster Tails, and Colorado Rack of Lamb. Rico’s American Grill at Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort in Phoenix will serve a savory Easter buffet on Sunday, April 1, featuring a variety of carving stations, made to order farm fresh egg stations and so much more. Different Pointe of View

Enjoy Easter Brunch 1,800 feet above the Valley at Different Pointe of View at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix. The AAA Four Diamond restaurant will be serving a decadent Easter Brunch from 10am to 4pm, available for $69.95 for adults and $37.95 for children. This Easter, grab your family and head to Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails at Hotel Palomar in downtown Phoenix where Executive Chef Sean Currid will be preparing a picnic-inspired buffet for the holiday featuring an array of Southern classics. The Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town Scottsdale is offering a variety of Easter dining options on April 1st. The Valley Ho Easter Buffet is from 10am to 2pm in Sands. Enjoy a delicious array of salads, sides, seafood, entrees and sweets, along with omelet and waffle stations. ZuZu is offering brunch from 6am to 2:30pm, or stick around for a prix fixe dinner menu from Chef Russell LaCasce from 4pm to 9pm. Beginning at 10am on Easter Sunday, April 1st, Tavern Americana in North Scottsdale is offering a specialty Easter Brunch menu items in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu offerings. Special menu items include Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Pink Grapefruit Brûlée, Bagel and Lox, Huevos Rancheros as well as bottomless mimosas or blood marys for $12. Voila French Bistro in Scottsdale is hosting a three-course prix fixe Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 1. Chef Jean-Christophe Gros has more than 30 years’ experience cooking in restaurants in France. He prepares classic French cuisine with a modern approach. Everything is made in-house from scratch. The three-course brunch options include 6 Escargots de Bourgogne, Salade Niçoise, Salade de Crabe, Quiche Lorraine, Croque Madame, Two Oeufs Benedict, Traditional Beef Bourguignon and Lamb Stew. The dessert will be Crêpe au chocolat et boule de glace vanille. The cost is $49 per person. Each course includes a glass of champagne, mimosa, red or white wine, orange juice, tea or coffee. Diners can enjoy a variety of exclusive Easter Brunch specialties at Tres Restaurant in Tempe, along with soothing live music to add to the ambiance of this holiday feast.
