Butternut Squash Soup with brussel leaves, chive oil and pickled beech mushrooms ($11)
Vegan Ceviche: Golden beets, radish, cherry tomato, avocado, lime, tomato chili sauce, cilantro, served with flax tortilla chips ($11)
