Wildflower Bread Company has opened their new restaurant concept at Rivulon in Gilbert, called Wildflower. Their slogan is “Eat. Sip. Enjoy.”, and their new space is truly inviting to join for a bite to eat, a beverage to drink, and staying awhile to enjoy.
Wildflower has always been known for their sandwiches and soups for lunch and dinner, but is now also serving up breakfast. They are also offering local beer and wine at the new Gilbert location. Our favorite menu item was the Wildflower Reuben, made with perfectly toasted marble rye bread, corned beef brisket and sauerkraut, each bite melts in your mouth with the perfect combination of flavors.
Other menu offerings include fresh seasonal salads like their V12 Kale Salad, Three Cheese Mushroom and Tomato Fritatta, and their Mac and Cheese. Our favorite new Wildflower feature was their BYOG, Bring Your Own Glass, self-serve beverage station offering fresh made lemonades and teas.
