Chef Christopher Gross and the team at the Wrigley Mansion have put together a Valentine’s Day menu for couples, available at Geordie’s on February 14 and 15. The four course Valentine’s Day couples’ dinner also includes a champagne toast and amuse bouche. Each guest chooses their preferred dish for each course with options that include Lobster Bake with white tarragon sauce, lobster roe pasta, and asparagus; Seared Duck Breast with lavender honey and roasted date sauce; and Chocolate-covered Strawberries with tuille, macaroons, and assorted berry sauces. A three-course tasting menu begins with an amuse of egg custard, smoked salmon caviar, and potato crisp.
