Cryotherapy
Whole Body Cryotherapy is a technique where the body is exposed to extremely cold temperatures (more than -200 degrees) for several minutes. Infrared Sauna
Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lamps to warm your body directly. An infrared sauna can operate at a lower temperature (usually between 120 F and 140 F) rather than a traditional sauna, which is typically between 150 F and 180 F.
Sessions can be 15 to 30 minutes long. Benefits of using an Infrared Sauna can include better sleep, detoxification, caloric burn, relief from sore muscles, clear and tighter skin, improved circulation and more.
