Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour in Downtown Phoenix is now whipping up an ever-changing lineup of carry-out cocktails and takeout dim sum—all orderable via the convenient online ordering.
Bitter & Twisted’s co-owner and chef, Bob Tam, has rolled out an all-new menu of handcrafted Dim Sum that has been designed specifically for takeout. Patrons can get excited for the likes of potstickers, dumplings, rice bowls and the cheesy egg roll and Bao Royale with caramelized ground chuck, pickles, onions and Swiss and American cheeses. Vegetarian options, like Siu Mai dumplings made with plant-based Impossible meat and veggie garden potstickers, are also up for grabs.
Of course, the best way to enjoy Bitter & Twisted cuisine is paired with what the outpost does best: cocktails. Both classic and seasonal Bitter & Twisted cocktails are available, all canned for maximum taste and freshness. What’s more, the cans—which can be stored in the fridge for up to 30 days—include custom QR codes on the label with detailed instructions to create world-class cocktails at home. A standout sip? The seasonal watermelon hibiscus margarita, prepared and served with a compounded watermelon slice, a dusting of tajin rim salt, and easy-to-follow instructions.
