Mere days before the official first day of fall, Pumpkin Fest (formerly Pumpkin Nights) is back at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess for 2021 to offer families festive evenings of rides, pumpkin picking, seasonal eats and much more. Pumpkin Fest takes place Sept. 16 through Halloween.

From 4 to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 4 to 10 p.m. on weekends, Sept. 16 through Oct. 31, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess transforms into a fall wonderland during its second-annual Pumpkin Fest. (Visitors do not have to be overnight guests to enjoy Pumpkin Fest.) Families are invited to pick out a pumpkin from the patch, take on the hay maze and indulge in fall-friendly eats and drinks. Kids big and small will have a variety of rides to choose from at Jack O’Lantern Lane.

New this year, The Cider Orchard will be a must-stop for flaming ciders and caramel apples, while The Spookeasy, which will be reimagined inside the Plaza Bar, hosts special collaboration beers, desserts and more. Families can also take a stroll through The Mystic Passage to check out animatronics and say “cheese” for great photo opps.

Overnight guests will receive complimentary general admission, up to five VIP Express wristbands and a Pumpkin Fest $100 treat package, which includes a $100 resort credit. For those not staying at the resort, valet parking is $108 and includes six wristbands; those who spend $75 per vehicle at any of the resort’s dining outlets will receive up to six wristbands, valet parking and general admission for the same evening; self parking and general admission is $72 and includes up to four wristbands; and general admission wristbands are $18.
