3 Arizona Alcohol Launches

From a mobile mini bar unveiling to the landing of adults-only ice pops in Arizona, check out these three local alcohol launches, just in time for summertime entertaining and poolside lazing.

SLIQ Spirited Ice

SLIQ Spirited Ice

Sunscreen, floppy hat, cushy towel…and adults-only freezer pops. SLIQ Spirited Ice recently expanded its distribution to Arizona and is now firmly on our must-have list for poolside lounging this summer. The premium, portable hard freezer pops are made by The Jel Sert Company, which created the famous Fla-Vor-Ice tubes, and brought the same idea to the 21-and-over set. Revelers are invited to pick their poison (SLIQ Spirited Ice is available in vodka, agave and rum at 8 percent ABV) and enjoy a variety of flavors, based on the spirit base, including classic margarita and coconut and lime daiquiri. Each pop is naturally flavored with ingredients that are gluten-free, vegan and kosher. Plus, SLIQ Spirited Ice is less than 100 calories. In honor of Earth Month, through the SLIQ Recycling Program, consumers can send in all empty SLIQ Spirited Ice plastic tubes to TerraCycle to be recycled for free charge in exchange for rewards to charities of their choice. SLIQ Spirited Ice is available at Albertonā€™s, Walmart and Safeway for $17.99 for packs of nine.

Blue Clover Mobile Bars

Old Town Scottsdaleā€™s first microdistillery, Blue Clover Distillery, has launched two bar options on wheels for your next event. The first option, a 22-ft.-long mobile horse trailer turned full-service craft cocktail bar, offers a picture-perfect backdrop for your event. For more intimate gatherings, a fully-customizable mobile mini bar requires only a 6-ft.-by-6-ft. space for full-service cocktails and bartending. In addition to craft cocktails, the roving bars will serve up Blue Cloverā€™s own farm-to-bottle spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages for all events, ranging from weddings to graduations to backyard barbecues. The Blue Clover team will handle the delivery, set up, take down and provide necessary equipment; a bar package with drink supplies and optional add-ons are available, as well.
