There are different class formats to choose from: Lagree only, VersaClimber only, or a combination of the two. For the Lagree workout, expect 45 minutes of a full-body workout. Each workout offers strength, balance, resistance, and cardio training, making it a very efficient and results-driven workout. Class is taught on the newest version of Sebastien Lagree’s Megaformer – the M3K. VersaClimber classes are a 30-minute, calorie-blasting, rhythm-based, cardio experience. Class takes place in a dark room, under an LED light show as you move to the beat of the music. You’ll be utilizing both your upper and lower body in contralateral movement.
