Alchemy Restaurant at CopperWynd Resort and Club in Fountain Hills is offering a new fall menu featuring a selection of seasonal dishes by Executive Chef Paul O’Connor.

Alchemy at CopperWynd is the resort’s AAA Four-Diamond award-winning restaurant, featuring New American Cuisine prepared by Chef Paul O’Connor using fresh and local ingredients in an artful atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels slide open to reveal breathtaking views of the sunset and mountain vistas of theSonoranDesert. A sprawling patio offers additional al fresco seating for the wine bar and restaurant.

Some new fall menu items include:

  • Pistachio Crusted Steel Head Salmon – With goat cheese croquettes, roasted jalapeno beurre blanc and tomatillo corn relish
  • Veal Scallopini – With basil risotto, burrata, crispy prosciutto and san marzano tomato sauce
  • Grilled Calamari Steak – With organic kale, roasted poblano griddle cake and miso dressing
  • Fall Harvest Salad – Chopped kale, pears, beets, candied arizona pecans, razzcherries, white balsalmic vinaigrette
