Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Home

Bars and restaurant dining rooms will not be open for Cinco de Mayo this year, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still celebrate this holiday at home. Here is a list of local restaurants offering Cinco de Mayo specials that you can order to enjoy at home.

Barrio Queen

To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, Barrio Queen will be serving up $2 tacos and margarita to-go kits at all of their locations in Scottsdale, Gilbert, North Phoenix/Desert Ridge, Queen Creek and Tempe. Blanco Tacos + Tequila

Blanco Tacos + Tequila is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a festive celebration and $50 family packs. In addition to serving takeout at both their Scottsdale and Biltmore locations, they are also doing a pop-up at Culinary Dropout Gilbert. CRUjiente Tacos

Modern taqueria CRUjiente Tacos in Arcadia will be open for Cinco de Mayo and to imbibe safely at home, pre-made Premier CRU Margaritas, and to-go spirit bottles of Tequila Corrido, Tequila Corcel and Mezcal Carreño will be available for curbside pick-up. Huss Brewing Co.Taproom

Huss Brewing Co.Taproom in Uptown Phoenix is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with some festive specials including a Cinco Burrito for $9 and a Build Your Own Nacho Bar for $19 (serves 4-6 people). Joyride Taco House

At both Central and Gilbert locations, Joyride Taco House will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo with Build Your Own Fajita Packs. Pre-orders will be available for pickup from Saturday, May 2 through Tuesday, May 5, so guests can celebrate early throughout the weekend. Los Sombreros

Los Sombreros, located in Uptown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale, is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with Party Packs can be pre-ordered at lossombreros.com/shop. The $65 party pack includes a choice of one family meal (feeds 4) and a full-size piñata filled with one pound of Mexican candies. Add-ons include specials on drinks like a 4-pack of Steve-a-Rita margaritas for $20 (normally $35), a growler of Mexican Cerveza (Dos Equis Lager, Model Especial or Negro Modelo) for $10 (normally $15) and a 4-pack of Mexican soft drinks in glass bottles (Coke, Orange Fanta, Squirt) for $8 (normally $10).

Maple & Ash

Maple & Ash in Scottsdale is offering a “Cinco Family Meal Menu” and Margarita Kits in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. Sandbar Mexican Grill

Available at all three Valley locations (Chandler, Gilbert, and Desert Ridge) for to-go orders, Sandbar Mexican Grill will be offering a Cinco de Mayo celebration at home featuring chicken and carne asada tacos, along with 6-pack drinks to-go including sealed margaritas, White Claws, Modelo, and many more beer options. Plus, they will be hosting a $10 car wash at all of the restaurants with proceeds benefiting St. Mary’s Food Bank.  They will also have an outdoor DJ spinning tunes for customers to enjoy when they pick up their meal and get their car washed. 

Taco Guild

Taco Guild in Phoenix has you covered with their “Cinco de Mayo Kits” that allow you to build your own tacos with Taco Guild Taco Packs. The $50 kit features a meal for 4 including corn/flour tortillas, choice of chicken Tinga pork carnitas or steak, lettuce,  tomato, cotija cheese, cilantro, onions, rice and beans. Their margarita kit is just $45 and makes 14 drinks.
