Prado

Prado restaurant at Omni Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Montelucia in Paradise Valley is offering a Christmas Day Brunch 7am to 11am and dinner with two seatings at 1pm and 5:30pm. The brunch buffet will feature an array of carving stations with endless mimosas, build-your-own bloody marys and specialty hand-crafted cocktails as well as live music and patio seating with views of Camelback Mountain. For dinner, choose from Prado’s full traditional menu or a specialty menu made up of holiday classics and delicious house-made desserts. Festive holiday music will complement your dining experience. The cost for the dinner is $85 for adults, $35 for kids.

Christmas Day at the acclaimed elements restaurant at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley will serve as an unforgettable setting for Christmas Day dinner. A festive four-course, prix fixe menu will be offered at $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity, from 12 to 9 p.m. Children ages 6-12 dine for $29; ages 5 and under dine free.

T. Cookā€™s

Available both Christmas Eve, Saturday, Dec. 24, 4:30pm to 9:30pm and Christmas Day, Sunday, Dec. 25, noon to 8pm, T. Cook’s at the Royal Palms Resort in Scottsdale will serve a prix-fixe menu by Executive Chef Todd Allison. The menu offers your choice of three courses including main lobster bisque, Maple Leaf Farms duck confit tortellini, Glacier 51 seabass, roasted all natural Diestel turkey breast, grilled venison loin, pan sautĆ©ed Main diver scallops, gingerbread cake and more. The cost is $95++ per person, $29++ for children 6-12 years old.

Royal Palms Resort and Spa

In addition to the Christmas meals at T. Cook’s, the Royal Palms Resort in Scottsdale will also be serving a Christmas Day Holiday Buffet on Sunday, December 5, 10am to 2pm. The Specialty Holiday Buffet with carving stations will include omelets and eggs to order, cornbread stuffing, chilled poached shrimp, oysters and crab claws, slow roasted Heritage turkey, chocolate hazelnut torte and more. The cost is $85++ per person, $29++ for children 6-12 years, 5 and under is free.

J&G Steakhouse

J&G Steakhouse at the Phoenician in Scottsdale is offering Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner. The regular menu is available as well as a $65 Three-Course Christmas Menu, which features a roasted butternut squash salad, caramelized beef tenderloin and a pumpkin ice cream sundae.

Artizen

The Camby’s restaurant, Artizen, Crafted American Kitchen & Bar in Phoenix will be offering a Christmas Day brunch this year. The menu was created by Director of Culinary Experiences, Dushyant Singh, to showcase a selection of locally inspired, holiday-esque dishes including monkey bread french toast with marinated berries and goat cheese caramel, a smoked salmon tower with lemon cream cheese, Arizona-sourced tomatoes, shaved onion, watercress, and bagel chips, a prime rib roast with horseradish potato puree, bĆ©arnaise and charred broccolini, and a fig & orange glazed ham with roasted baby carrots, smashed fingerlings and kumquat jam. The Christmas Day brunch at Artizen will be available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, December 25.

Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails

Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails located at Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix is offering a Christmas Day breakfast buffet 10am to 2pm for $36 per person as well as a Christmas Day dinner 4-9pm. For dinner, the regular dinner menu as well as Christmas specials including Blackened Rib Eye (dauphinoise potato, charred broccoli, chile) for $38 and
Miso Glazed Sea Bass (bok choy, wild mushroom, forbidden rice, ginger buerre blanc) for $42.

Flourish

CopperWynd Resort & Club in Fountain Hills will offer an elegant buffet dinner on Christmas Eve, with seatings from 4 pm until 9 pm at Flourish restaurant. Begin with a rich taste of lobster bisque, and choice of three salads: Grilled Pear, Roasted Butternut Squash, and Organic Arugula. An array of vegetables includes Celery Root, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Heirloom Potatoes and Sweet Potato Puree. The centerpiece entrees will be Prime Rib, Honey Glazed Ham, and Pan-Roasted Sea Bass, followed by an array of delectable desserts. The cost is $75 per person, plus gratuity, $40 for children 6-12, age 5 and under eat free.

AZuL

The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson will be serving a Christmas Day dinner at AZuL Restaurant. Travelers and locals can enjoy an elevated meal amidst the sound of fanciful tunes performed by a live band. The meal will feature classic holiday ham, roasted salmon and chicken breast with spiced yams. Festive desserts include egg nog panna cotta, bouche de noel, gingerbread bread pudding and praline pie bites. Christmas Day dinner will be served 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The cost is $55.95 for adults and $27.50 for children 6 to 12 with an 18% service charge.

Hilton Tucson El Conquistador

Hilton Tucson El Conquistado resort will host a buffet-style lunch in the Turquoise Ballroom on Christmas Day, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Priced at $68++ for adults and $26++ for children ages 6-12 (no charge for children 5 and under), the buffet will begin with light starters including a poblano Caesar salad station, Peruvian shrimp ceviche, smoked sable and an array of artisan breads. Carving stations and seasonal favorites will include carne asada flank steak, bone-in honey baked ham, prime rib and rosemary and garlic rack of lamb. Main entrees will feature lobster thermidor, green chili tamales, classic posole, quinoa and roasted vegetable lasagna. An assortment of desserts will include dark chocolate mousse trifle, Christmas stolen, an Ibarra chocolate fudge station and a variety of cookies and pastries.

Epazote Kitchen & Cocktails

Epazote Kitchen & Cocktails at Hilton Tucson El Conquistado resort will offer a three-course, prix-fixe menu on Christmas Day from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Priced at $50++ per person, the first course will feature a butter leaf and radicchio salad with crispy prosciutto, Danish blue cheese, oven-dried heirloom tomatoes and a roasted apple lime vinaigrette. The second course will feature a braised lamb shank with Okinawan sweet potato and pickled collard greens. The final course will feature a warm cinnamon bread pudding with egg nog ice cream, brandied cherries and pecan crumble.

SaltRock Southwest Kitchen

The SaltRock Southwest Kitchen at Amara Resort in Sedona is serving Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner, 5pm to 9pm. A family style prix-fixe menu prepared by Executive Chef Robert Hoffman with your choice of three courses including roasted pumpkin soup, fried calamari, roasted cod al pastor, apple cider roasted turkey breast, chorizo cornbread stuffing, potato hash, coconut cheesecake and more. The cost is $65 per person. Does not include tax or gratuity.
