Ciao Grazie’s inventive menu draws on Dalu’s Italian heritage and European pedigree as a Chef at the Ritz Carlton in Edinburgh, Scotland and the Grand Hotel Eden in Lugano, Switzerland. The focal point is authentic Italian pizza, made to order from fresh ingredients with homemade mozzarella, crispy-thin flavored pizza dough, homemade tomato sauce topped with locally sourced ingredients, cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven. Ciao Grazie’s menu showcases fresh variations of their extremely popular wood-fired salmon, chicken, beef kabobs, paninis and homemade desserts, including tiramisu and more.

In addition to fabulous, authentic Italian food, Ciao Grazie offers a wide variety of unique wines, hand-picked by Dalu himself.

The decor of the interior is warm and inviting with exposed brick and an expansive outdoor patio and stunning views of the neighboring McDowell Sonoran Preserve.

Lunch is offered daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with dinner served Sunday-Thursday until 9 p.m. and Friday-Saturday until 10 p.m. Enjoy Happy Hour daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
