Cryoshift, Arizona’s Newest Wellness Center, Debuts in Gilbert

These days, everyone is looking for alternative approaches to health and wellness. And Gilbert’s newest boutique wellness center, Cryoshift, offers a glimpse into the future of body recovery and rejuvenation.

Cryotherapy has garnered an impressive reputation over the years for the ease and convenience of services, as well as the immediate results that follow. While this form of therapy is known to help with chronic pain or other body ailments, it’s actually proven to provide a number of different health benefits.

Impact whole-body cryotherapy uses nitrogen vapor to produce cold temperatures that promote the natural healing of the body. The three-minute treatment begins when the cryo chamber fills with a dry nitrogen vapor, and the chill eventually drops to a range of -90° Celsius to -120° Celsius.

Cryotherapy services are just one element of the wellness offerings available at Cryoshift. The company also offers NormaTec—a compression therapy that uses massage patterns to enhance blood flow and speed recovery.

Cryoshift also offers a Jacuzzi Clearlight Infrared therapy, which uses light to activate deep tissues and promote general oxygen flow. Each service reaps numerous benefits for those who visit, which include everything from body relaxation and stress relief, to recovery therapy techniques and mood boosting technology.

Cryoshift offers affordable memberships that encourage guests to prioritize the body’s recovery process into their normal health and wellness routines. Memberships start at $179 a month and include 30 sessions of any combination of whole body cryotherapy, compression therapy or infrared therapy.

For non-members, the first session is complementary and any further drop-ins will be $25 per service. If the guest signs up for a membership the same day, they will receive the membership at a discounted rate of $149.

Cryoshift in Gilbert is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. through 4 p.m., and Sunday noon to 4 p.m. For more information or to book an appointment, visit
