Prado

Prado at Omni Montelucia Resort in Scottsdale is hosting an Easter Day brunch of Sunday, April 21, 10am-3pm. Celebrate with a traditional brunch to include made-to-order items such as crepes, waffles and eggs Benedict. Also choose from small bites, signature tapas, seafood, and chef-inspired seasonal pastries. Live music and patio seating with stunning views of Camelback Mountain complete the experience. Different Pointe of View

Enjoy Easter Brunch 1,800 feet above the Valley at Different Pointe of View at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix. The AAA Four Diamond restaurant will be serving a decadent Easter Brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., April 21st, available for $69.95 for adults and $44.95 for children. Carving stations will feature slow-roasted aged prime rib and roasted lamb top rounds, savory entrees from the oven and a vibrant display of salads, seafood, and vegetable dishes and desserts. Rico’s American Grill

A savory Easter buffet will be served Sunday, April 21 at Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort featuring made-to-order farm fresh egg stations omelets, a variety of carving stations serving prime rib and honey baked ham, fresh salads and home-made desserts. Seating times include 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. The Easter buffet is $55 for adults, $49 for seniors and $25 for kids ages 10 and under. Reservations are required, call 602.997.5850.

Hotel Valley Ho

Kick-off the day with The Valley Ho Easter Buffet in Sands with a prime rib carving station and a made-to-order omelet setup with seasonal ingredients from 10am to 2pm. Chef Russell LaCasce at ZuZu will also be serving brunch from 6am to 2:30pm. Savor the seasonal dinner menu from 5pm to 9pm, featuring a specialty Easter dish, Slow-Braised Lamb Shank with baby root vegetables for $45. To honor the festive tradition, the 14thAnnual Easter Egg Hunt will commence at 9am with prizes awarded to the participants who collect the most eggs as well as the bearer of the lucky golden egg. Mountain Shadows

At Hearth ’61, celebrate the holiday with a special brunch buffet from 9am to 2pm and Easter egg hunt. Savor a starter buffet featuring smoked salmon, seasonal salads and more, a prime rib carving board and savory omelet station. Choose from a selection of made-to-order entrees, with a specialty dessert buffet to conclude the holiday dining experience. For dinner, enjoy the seasonal dinner menu from 4 to 9:30pm with a Yankee Pot Roast as the Roast of the Day for $24. The second annual Easter egg hunt at Mountain Shadows will begin at 9am for kids to enjoy and win an assortment of special prizes. Boulders Resort

The Boulders Resort & Spa in Carefree will be celebrating the Easter Holiday with a luxurious Champagne brunch with live music and a visit from the Easter Bunny on Sunday, April 21st.  Guests will be treated to a farm fresh egg and omelet station, a bacon station complete with house made bacons and horse belly, iced seafood including shrimp, oysters, poke & ceviche; a fry bread station with local honey, powdered sugar, smoked salmon and oaxaca cheese; an antipasto bar, hand crafted desserts and more! Mastro’s Steakhouse

The original Mastro’s Steakhouse in North Scottsdale is serving a special brunch for Easter on Sunday, April 21st. Brunch will feature a Grand Buffet with fresh pastries and breads, crab cake or classic egg benedicts, sliced to order prime beef, made-to-order omelettes and waffles, Lobster Mashed Potatoes, Crab Gnocchi, Lobster Bisque, smoked and roasted Salmon, sushi towers, seasonal cheeses, and a cascading shellfish bar including chilled crab, lobster, shrimp and oysters. To finish, the restaurant will have a dessert station featuring individual sizes of their signature Warm Butter Cake, cheesecake, sin cake, and other house-made assortments of sweets only available for brunch. The Easter brunches will both start at 9am and serve until 2pm. Pricing is $95 per adult and includes endless mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and soft drinks. Roaring Fork

Roaring Fork in Scottsdale hosts a gourmet Easter Brunch with a rugged western edge by on Sunday, April 21st from 10am to 2pm.  The buffet style menu offers a bread table, savory cold & hot item station, egg & meat carving tables with Ham and Roast Beef as well as a tasty dessert station. Etch Kitchen & Bar

Etch Kitchen & Bar at L’Auberge de Sedona, A Destination Hotel, is hosting a special Easter Brunch from 10am to 2pm on Sunday, April 21. Menu highlights from Executive Chef Franck Desplechin and Pastry Chef Morgan Gurney include molasses and rosemary prime rib at the carving station; a customized omelet station; a beef and chicken fajita station; and a lineup of savory entrees including lobster Thermidor casserole with seasonal mushrooms, baby spinach, sauce choron and chive; or pan-seared Alaskan halibut plated with a sautéed blend of Savoy cabbage, leek, seasonal mushroom and lobster bordelaise. End on a sweet note with bunny & carrot shaped sugar cookies or banana cake whoopie pies with brown butter frosting. Etch’s brunch special is priced at $100 per adult and $45 per child ages 6-12. Match Restaurant

On Sunday, April 21 from 10:30am to 3pm, guests are invited to join Match Restaurant and Lounge at the FOUND:RE Hotel for a special Easter Brunch. The menu includes Avocado Toast, Huevos Rancheros, Salmon Salad, Chicken Thai Bowl and Chicken and Waffle Sandwich. Exclusively for the Easter holiday, the restaurant is offering Red Velvet Pancakes featuring white chocolate syrup, whipped cream, white chocolate chips and berries. Beckett’s Table

Beckett’s Table will host Easter dinner with service beginning an hour early at 4pm on Sunday, April 21. Enjoy Chef Beckett’s famous deviled eggs colored with saffron, beets and spinach, complete with “peas and carrots” garnish. Additionally, Chef Beckett will offer an Easter special including, crispy Meyer lemon risotto balls complete with smoked salmon, arugula salad and roasted garlic cream. Kids can enjoy classic dishes like mac n’ cheese, hot dogs, and cheeseburgers. Rombauer Chardonnay will also be offered by the glass for the special price of $18, as well as half-off bottles of Arizona wine will be offered all day. Ocean Prime

In honor of Easter Sunday celebrations, Ocean Prime announces a special brunch menu that will be served 11am to 3pm on Sunday, April 21st. Guests can start their meal with a Blood Orange Mimosa or Ocean Prime’s Signature Bloody Mary. Royal Palms

Easter Sunday Brunch at the iconic Royal Palms Resort and Spa is an unforgettable experience, and this year there’s two ways to celebrate.
With impressive menus created by new Executive Chef Alex Robinson, guests have the opportunity to choose from a pre-fixe, plated brunch at the resort’s signature restaurant, T. Cook’s, or a traditional Easter Buffet in an elegant ballroom setting.
