A fashion trend you’re currently obsessed with? I’m absolutely loving the resurgence of the ’90s-style wide-leg and baggy jeans. When styled right they look fresh, fashion forward and not sloppy at all.
Advice you would offer someone who’s trying to figure out their own personal style sense? Find a celebrity/influencer that looks like you and has your body type (body type is so important here!) and replicate their outfits. So, start by finding a person that looks like you and break down their style and go from there.
One thing you’d like to see change (or rather, see more of) in Arizona’s fashion scene? While I know casual wins in our state (and I’m a big fan of casual) I wish more of us dressed up for occasions. I love that in New York going to Broadway is an event to get dressed up for—I want more glamour at Gammage!
An Arizona-based fashion brand or designer that inspires you and why? Amelia Walsh—always. Romantic and ethereal, but always with a punk edge. She’s an absolute genius.
