Adding to its impressive portfolio of luxury destinations in North America, Fairmont Hotel and Residences is slated to open in Downtown Phoenix come 2025. The 25-story property will feature 225 guestrooms, including 34 suites, and 151 Fairmont branded residences.
The downtown hotel, which will be in partnership with leading hospitality group Accor and Thunderbird Legacy Development, will tower over the southern end of the Central Business District and offer views of the surrounding city, South Mountains, Tempe and Camelback Mountain. Fairmont Phoenix will be found near the Phoenix Convention Center and within walking distance of the area’s sports and entertainment venues.
A hallmark of the Fairmont name, Fairmont Phoenix will host a quartet of bars and restaurants, including a full-service restaurant, a lobby bar, a rooftop pool and specialty bar and a gourmet cafƩ. Guests can also expect a spa and wellness center inclusive of five treatment rooms and a health club; a rooftop pool; more than 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space; and more.
Those who wish to call Fairmont Phoenix home will have a unique lineup of one- to three-bedroom residences to choose from, plus a collection of penthouses, occupying floors 14 to 25 of the high-rise. Homeowners will have exclusive access to their own amenities including an ownerās lounge, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, fitness center, dedicated parking, a private entrance and more. The residences will represent the first branded residential condominiums in the Central Phoenix market, and sales are expected to kick off later this year.
āThe Downtown Phoenix community is a thriving hub filled with opportunities for new businesses,ā says Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego in a press release. āIām particularly excited about the influx of new jobs that Fairmont Phoenix will bring to the area. Itās a great way to add beauty and economic prosperity to the city.ā
