Juby True, one of the newest Fox Restaurant Concepts, recently opened at Scottsdale Quarter, serving cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and boosters.
Juby True is attached to one of our all-time favorite restaurants, True Food Kitchen, at Scottsdale Quarter. The store front is colorful and inviting – the restaurant decor of Sam Fox restaurants never disappoint!
You can stop by for a juice, smoothie, booster, snack, tea or coffee, or you can pick up a 1, 2 or 3-day juice cleanse.
There are two options for the juice cleanses. “The natural” is a 1 or 2 day beginners cleanse that will give your digestive system a much needed rest, and help with hydration. This mostly liquid cleanse is a great way to recover from bad behavior or just help your body re-boot. The cleanse includes one salad, so you get one non-liquid meal.
“The Super Natural” is a more advanced 1 or 2 day cleanse that is 100% liquid, and will give your digestive system a real opportunity to rest, and detoxify. High quantities of nutrient dense greens with the addition of high vitamin fruits and vegetables makes this cleanse a great meal replacement, and should help get rid of that bloated feeling.
True Food Kitchen at the Biltmore will offer some Juby True juices as well.
