Even though it has been summer temps here for weeks, Memorial Day Weekend is the official kick off to the summer season. Check out some of the great Memorial Day Weekend parties happening in the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas this year.

W Scottsdale

Enjoy sun, cocktails and fun at W Scottsdale for Memorial Day Weekend with special DJs lined up for Saturday and Sunday. Maya Day and Nightclub

Maya Day and Nightclub has DJs lined up all weekend long for Memorial Day Weekend 2016. The nightclub lineup includes Thomas Jack on Friday, May 27 and #MayaOnSaturdays with Knick Knack on Saturday, May 28. Talking Stick Resort

Talking Stick Resort has lined up top DJs for the entire 3 day weekend as part of their Release pool parties. Skrillex makes his Talking Stick Resort debut on Saturday. Doors open at 11 a.m. Tickets are $30 in advance, $40 week of show and $50 day of show. Sunday features German record producer, musician and DJ Robin Schulz. Doors open at 11am. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 week of show and $25 day of show. Registered hotel guests will get free entry, up to a total of 4 guests. Scottsdale Resort

The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch has a newly renovated pool, including poolside cabanas and the Twisted Vine Pool Bar and Grill serving up food and drinks right at the pool. Hotel Palomar

Friday, May 27 through Monday, May 30, Hotel Palomar Phoenix will be hosting a start of summer pool party. The pool opens at 11am daily and a guest DJ will spin tunes from 2pm until 6pm and 8pm until midnight on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and from 2pm until 6pm on Monday. On Saturday, guests will enjoy an Effen Vodka tasting from 2pm until 4pm, local band ā€œElvis Before Noonā€ performing from 2pm until 6pm and DJ Peabody spinning from 8pm until midnight.
