Located in the historic Luhrs Central Building in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, Moxy Phoenix Downtown is a vibrant hotel slated to open this summer in July. The hotel takes up the first nine stories of the 100-year-old building and will feature 164 guest spaces, an open lobby and a bar. The lobby will be located on the first floor, neighboring Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour, a late-night cocktail bar where guests can grab a nightcap and bite to eat before heading up to their rooms for the evening.
The lobby will boast a state-of-the-art video wall, ergonomic seating and a 24-hour grab-and-go market with a wide selection of snacks and drinks. Other amenities guests can look forward to enjoying include a healthy continental breakfast, a late-night bar with wines by the glass, a state-of-the-art fitness center and more.
Each hotel room will have 42-in. flat-screen televisions, built-in USB ports and complimentary Wi-Fi. A variety of room sizes will be available to choose from, from twin- and queen-sized beds to twin-sized bunk beds.
