Set to open in the fall, Desert Ridge Marketplace has announced the upcoming arrival of five new tenants. Fresh eateries, an innovative beauty studio and an exciting spot to shop are among the arrivals at the Phoenix shopping center.
Up first, Dakota London hair-extension salon is set to open Sept. 13. The salon offers both micro-link and sew-in weft extensions, and new clients can enjoy an exclusive 50 percent off special offer.
In October, Nordstrom Rack will open at Desert Ridge Marketplace, where shoppers can enjoy deals on on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty, home and shoes. The 23,500-sq.-ft. location will be nestled between Kohl’s and PetSmart.
The third Arizona location of Artichoke Basille’s Pizza will open a new outpost at Desert Ridge Marketplace this fall, dishing up tasty pies and its signature artichoke pizza. Another adored local favorite, Cartel Roasting Co., heads to The District at Desert Ridge Marketplace.
A first-to-market restaurant set to open, as well: Spitz Mediterranean. This street food eatery will offer a healthier, modern twist on the Mediterranean food prevalent in Europe.
In addition to five upcoming openings, the Phoenix marketplace welcomed several new tenants in recent months: Fly Bye, a Fox Restaurant Concept specializing in Detroit-style pizza and crispy chicken; Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa; Veteran-owned and -operated Flip Flop Shop; the re-opening of Soap Des Jour Boutique; and Sid’s Garage, with over-the-top shakes and burgers.
