Four new tenants have joined Gilbert’s growing community at the Epicenter in Agritopia. The new destinations include an adored local breakfast joint, a salon and two artisan boutiques.
Matt’s Big Breakfast recently opened at Epicenter; the Downtown Phoenix staple outgrew its original 800-sq.-ft. brick space and went on to open six more locations. Its loyal regulars and new visitors can expect to enjoy its traditional menu, quality of food and friendly service—in a larger, comfortable setting. Matt’s Big Breakfast is open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Following the opening of the breakfast site, Wylde Hair Salon is now taking clients, aiming to serve as a comfortable neighborhood go-to for all beauty needs. The salon offers various services, including color, haircuts, braids, extensions, hair treatments, wedding and prom updos and more. Each service is personalized to each guest’s needs and performed by highly-skilled professionals. Wylde Hair Salon is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed on Sundays).
urbAna made its debut in early March, marking the third location for the artisan home goods shop. The new tenant at Epicenter was inspired by owner Brian Wells’ family gatherings and focuses on being the go-to spot to shop for curated luxury gifts, artisan decor items, party goods, entertaining decorations and designer furnishings. An assortment of the items and decor pieces are from local Phoenix artists, designers and creators. urbAana is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

It’s where connection happens in real-time, in the form of gift-giving, hosting and celebrating. We can’t wait to share all that we have to offer with you.”
The local Phoenix staple, Bunky Boutique, is the latest tenant to join the group, with its second location offering unique, desert-chic fashion. The eccentric brand was established in Phoenix in 2008, offering visitors clothing, accessories and other merchandise from local independent designers. The boutique is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
