Ghost Ranch in South Tempe recently unveiled its new lunch menu that includes a mix of tortas, tacos, enchiladas and more.
In August 2018, Ghost Ranch opened in Tempe with a Southwestern menu honoring the history of Arizona.
New lunch menu items include:
Chile Colorado braised pork, avocado, tomato, cabbage slaw, aoili, Noble telera bread.
Choice of protein (pork, steak, chicken), housemade tortillas, cabbage slaw, pico de gallo, red & green salsa.
Choice of pork, chicken or veggie with red or green sauce.
Choice of pork, chicken or veggies with rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, cotija.
SOUP + SALAD
Cup of soup and choice of 1/2 salad
Lunch is served Monday through Friday, 11am to 3pm.
