Happy Beauty Co., a retailer offering high-quality beauty products at affordable prices, is scheduled to open by the end of 2025. The store sources products from all over the world, including exclusive brands like L.A. Girl, The Spathecary, and Soo’AE. Enclave Salon Suites is near the final stages of construction and is expected to open by the end of the year.
