With a fresh lineup of store openings and upcoming additions, the center continues to evolve, offering guests a mix of retail, dining, and entertainment experiences.
This spring, five new tenants have opened their doors to the public, adding to Chandler Fashion Center’s diverse lineup. Valliani Jewelers, specializing in timeless fine jewelry pieces, has launched its newest location on the upper level near lush. Earthbound, a bohemian-inspired boutique offering home decor, accessories, and clothing, is now open on the upper level near Scheels. The Mexicano, a bold restaurant from Chef Joey Maggiore, recently opened in the Boulevard Shops. This new hotspot offers a modern take on authentic Mexican cuisine.

Looking ahead, more exciting store openings are on the horizon for 2025. Vuori, a popular brand known for its comfortable yet stylish performance apparel, will join the lineup. Seafood City, a Filipino grocery chain offering fresh seafood, produce, and specialty items, will bring even more variety to the former Sears box space. Chewy Vet Care, located in the Boulevard Shops, will introduce modern, comprehensive veterinary care, including urgent care and 24/7 virtual guidance.

In addition to the new openings, several existing retailers are undergoing renovations and expansions.
