With 2022 just around the corner, it is time to get your New Year’s Eve agenda in order. From a night of beer and bowling to a block party with a stellar lineup of DJs to an elegant to-go dinner to enjoy cozied up at home, here is how Phoenix restaurants and venues are ringing in the fresh year.

Gabriella’s Contemporary Cuisine

Gabriella’s Contemporary Cuisine in Scottsdale hosts New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day menus and specials. On Dec. 31, diners can cheers to 2021 with a four-course prix-fixe menu (offered in addition to the restaurant’s regular offerings), served with a glass of Prosecco, from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. On New Year’s Day, a special brunch with bottomless mimosas will be dished up in honor of the holiday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Mavrix

Scottsdale entertainment venue Mavrix will host a New Year’s Eve Party that will bowl you over. Choose from four bowling packages, and explore Mavrix’s local beers, craft cocktails, scratch-made food, 84 arcade games, laser tag arena and more. Linger Longer Lounge

This New Year’s Eve from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., Linger Longer Lounge in Uptown Phoenix is celebrating with a block-party-style with live performances and a stacked DJ lineup presented by Recordbar Radio. Pre-sale tickets are available now for $24. Admission to the event includes an exclusive gift from Recordbar Radio and Linger Longer Lounge and a complimentary Champagne toast at midnight.

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa

Head into the new year with a focus on wellness at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa. Guests will have the opportunity to join renowned Jesse Israel and Jackie Cantwell for a transformational experience to usher in 2022 from 11 p.m. to midnight on New Year’s Eve.

Tomaso’s

Tomaso’s special New Year’s Eve menu will include Chef Tomaso’s handcrafted pasta recipes and legendary specialties, like veal cannelloni ($26), filet medallions ($48) with garlic, San Marzano tomatoes, olives, capers, and oregano and Alaskan halibut oreganata and lemon prawns ($46). Tomaso’s will be open on New Year’s Eve from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Reservations are highly encouraged.

Tarbell’s

Tarbell’s has your holiday menu all planned out for you with prepared to-go New Year’s Eve packaged meals. For $150 per person, the celebratory New Year’s Eve package includes seven sides, a choice of two desserts and a choice of one entree including prime Chateaubriand marinated in Napa Cabernet and fine herbs, duck confit “New Style” with a champagne glaze, whole lobster with all the fixings and herbed crusted lamb rack. Add-ons are also available. All guests must place their to-go New Year’s Eve package by Dec. 23, and orders must be picked up on Dec. 30.

Phoenix City Grille

On Dec. 31, Phoenix City Grille invites guests to celebrate Christmas Eve with festive specials, including clam chowder, surf and turf Oscar style and pan-seared sea bass. Available exclusively on New Year’s Eve, guests can enjoy the dishes in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu.

Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails

Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails at Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix welcomes 2022 with a specialty five-course menu by Executive Chef Brian Peterson with two specialty seatings beginning at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.. Guests can ring in the new year with delectable menu options that include crab bisque, roasted prime beef loin, a dessert trio and more. Enhancments, like foie gras, will also be available.

Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

At Renata’s Hearth at Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, dig into a magnificent family-style feast where the spark of Latin heat brings fresh taste to classic dishes on New Year’s Eve. The prix-fixe family-style dinner is $190 per person.

Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse

Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse invites New Year’s Eve revelers to raise a glass in celebration of 2022 with its third-annual New Year’s Eve Gala. On Dec. 31 from 6 to 11 p.m., Keeler’s turns up the celebratory vibe beginning with an elaborate buffet dinner. Live music by Mercer Lane on the Starlight Roofdeck Patio will set the stage for dancing the night away until the countdown leading up to a Champagne toast at 10 p.m. Cost is $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and includes buffet dinner, two drink tickets (cash bar available thereafter), bottomless Champagne and live entertainment. This exclusive event is limited to 24 patio seats, and each of the seven courses will be a delicious surprise to guests. EVO in Old Town Scottsdale is kicking off 2022 with a hearty, satisfying four-course New Year’s Eve menu starting at $95 per person. Entree options include prime filet, grilled swordfish, gamberetti, gnocchi and formaggi di capra disotto.

 Outrider Rooftop Lounge at Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town will open its door to the public from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. After 4 p.m., the space will be exclusive to Canopy Scottsdale guests, who will enjoy a complimentary Champagne toast at midnight. (For those looking to make a weekend out of it, rates start at $486 per night.) A four-course, prix-fixe New Year’s Eve dinner at elements at Sanctuary on Camelback will welcome the 2022 in style, with dishes like Maine lobster bisque and roasted rack of lamb. The New Year’s Eve dinner will be served in two seatings. The first will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and is priced at $275 per person, including a Champagne greeting. The second seating will be from 8 to 10:30 p.m., $300 per person, and includes a Champagne greeting, party favors and admission to the jade bar New Year’s Eve celebration. At jade bar, book an entertainment package that includes a table for four or six people, the four-course prix-fixe holiday menu, a bottle of Krug Grand Cuvee Brut (two bottles for the six-person table) and party favors. For $180 per person, guests will get to choose one item in each of the three categories of this prix-fixe menu, with options like Chilean sea bass or rosemary-smoked lamb rack, among others.

For those in search of the ultimate New Year’s Eve party experience, The Westin Tempe is set to host the best and biggest countdown celebration in the Valley on Friday, Dec. 31 from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.
General admission tickets include an allotment of beverages, light appetizers and access to the hotel’s grand main ballroom that will feature a top local DJ playing live music along with a dance floor, and multiple reception areas for mingling. Kasai Japanese Steakhouse

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Kasai Japanese Steakhouse with a special menu that includes a grilled veal chop with cranberry coulis beurre blanc, crispy panko-crusted bacon and cheese potato cake and grilled asparagus for $49. If dining at a teppan table, veal chop can be prepared teppan-style, with soup, salad, shrimp appetizer, fried rice and Dole dessert for an additional $49. Bottles of Cristal will be $200. Thirsty Lion Gastropub

Thirsty Lion Gastropub is offering guests a delicious prix-fix menu to celebrate at its four Valley locations. On Dec. 31 and Jan. 1 from 4 p.m. to close, diners can choose from a chef-prepared menu that includes an entree, starter, dessert and glass of wine.
