There’s no shortage of restaurants that will be cooking up celebratory feasts to ring in the New Year! Take advantage of the dine-in offers to one of these Valley restaurants before welcoming in 2014.

Rico’s American Grill

Before ringing in the New Year, join Rico’s, from 6 to 10 p.m., in celebrating the end of 2013 with a spirited three-course dinner available for $42 per person. The first course will feature a roasted beet, blue cheese & bacon salad drizzled with candied bacon and orange sherry vinaigrette, followed by Dr. Pepper-Glazed Pork served with pork cheeks, horseradish grits and fried Brussels sprouts. Province in The Westin Downtown Phoenix

Embark on a four-course New Year’s Eve dinner that infuses Latin-inspirations into each culinary creation. There are two options for enjoying this feast 4 to 7 p.m.; $49 per person and 7 to 10 p.m.; $65 per person. Both seatings include a glass of champagne for the toast. Guests will ne treated to a high-end four course meal, with the entrée being a choice of: Cedar Rivers New York strip with vanilla mashed sweet potatoes and Province’s steak sauce; scallops and filet with chorizo crust, chimichurri and potato hash; Scottish salmon with quinoa, Swiss chard and charred orange vinaigrette; or vegetable paella with saffron rice, smoked paprika crema and manchego. Rusconi’s American Kitchen

Celebrates A New Year’s Eve with a special three course-tasting menu. Chef Michael Rusconi created a one-of-a-kind menu for the end of the year. Guests will have a choice of house smoked salmon, warm goat cheese with taylor farms baby greens, sonoran caesar salad, winter pumpkin squash soup, lobster bisque and braised beef short rib with cabernet sauce for starters. For the entrees, guests can choose between roasted pork tenderloin with pomegranate glaze, wood grilled salmon with ancho chili glaze, garlic and herb crusted rack of lamb, grilled tenderloin of beef and open face roasted vegetable ravioli. To finish off the dinner, dessert is a choice of warm ghirardelli chocolate torte, vanilla bean crème brûlée, and coconut and passion fruit panna cotta. Dinner ranges from $50 – $58 per person. Sassi

Two menus and choices are available: an early, three course dinner with cocktail reception at 5:30 and dinner served at 6:30, or a five course dinner with reservations available at 8:30 and later. The late seating includes live entertainment with Renee Patrick and Judy Roberts, party favors and champagne at midnight. Each dinner has an entrée choice of Brasato al Barolo, wood oven roasted Vermont quail and wood grilled Florida grouper. Different Pointe of View at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs

Come and ring in the New Year at Pointe Hilton! Celebrators will be treated too a five-course menu followed by complimentary entry to the adjacent Terrace Room lounge for live music by The Hampton’s. Entrée choices include apple wood smoked venison tenderloin, citrus sherry poached Maine lobster, horseradish crusted Cedar River filet, or hazelnut dusted Mediterranean turbot. Seatings from 5 to 8 p.m. are available for $125 per person, and seatings from 8:30 to 10 p.m. are available for $150 per person. Wine pairings available for an additional $50 per person.

Taggia at Kimpton’s FireSky Resort & Spa

The coastal Italian restaurant is offering a special celebratory three course New Year’s Eve menu. For the entrée guests can choose from surf n’ turf with grilled beef tenderloin, roasted lobster, garlic potato puree, asparagus; or braised lamb shank with wild boar sausage, winter squash, baby bok choy; or roasted halibut with parsnip, spinach, pickled sun chokes and shrimp vellutato; or braised swiss chard with, glazed heirloom carrots, cherry tomato confit, pioppini mushrooms and avocado. Crudo

Crudo is offering a New Year’s Eve dinner menu for the budget conscious. $45 will get you a four-course meal with entrée’s of Marketfish with Grilled Escarole and Bagna Cauda, Pork Belly with Creamy Polenta, Tomato Agrodolce and Short Rib with Blooms Field Spinach, Stuffed Campari Tomatoes. elements and jade bar at Sanctuary Resort

On New Year’s Eve jade bar and elements at Sanctuary is offering dinner and a place to ring in the New Year. Four-course meals will be available at both restaurants, with a dance-floor available at jade bar. When you purchase a table at jade bar, you receive Bottle of Cristal for the table at midnight. There will be a DJ spinning from 8pm until 1am. jade bar is also open to the public on New Year’s Eve without a reservation required and no cover charge. Latilla Restaurant

The Boulders’ signature Latilla restaurant hosts a lavis, four course prix fixe New Years Eve menu in honor of the upcoming 2014 year featuring menu items by Executive Chef, Michel Pieton.  Selected offerings include: Roasted Red Pepper Bisque with Basil Vinaigrette and Cotija Cheese, Caramelized Pear Salad with Arugula, Marcona Almonds, Danish Brie, and Creamy Champagne Vinaigrette, Chipotle Spiced Black Angus Flat Iron with Roasted Winter Squash Hash and Natural Pan Jus, Pan Seared Salmon with Wild Mushroom, Asparagus, Peppadew Pepper, and Charred Corn Nage and Melting Chocolate Raspberry Clock- Mousse Cake with Champagne Crème Anglaise and Pop Rock Truffles. Sapporo will be celebrating New Year’s Eve in style with a special, one-night only menu. From 3 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., featured menu items will include: Lobster, cognac and vanilla bean bisque with almond butter crème ($8), Tri-peppercorn-seared rare ahi tuna with citrus butter and pineapple and foie gras salad ($15), Lemon garlic celebration roll with soft-shell crab, prawns, avocado, cucumber, fresh lemon and spicy garlic sauce ($18), Land and sea duo featuring a truffle-grilled filet mignon and butter-seared cold water lobster tail ($40), Kabayaki-seared jumbo sea scallops and orange-miso glazed Chilean sea bass ($37) and Molten chocolate and caramel soufflé cake with blackberry honey and fresh berries ($12).
