The halls of Bitter & Twisted are officially decked. With lots of rum, tiki flair, decorated palm trees and thousands of lights, this holiday pop-up bar in Phoenix is a must-stop through Christmas Eve. On the menu? Sippin’ Santa (aged rum, amaro, lemon, orange and gingerbread spice), Holiday on Ice with dark-roast cold brew, the fizzy Merry Spritzmas and others, each in its own kitschy vessel. Bitter & Twisted releases a portion of reservations daily and once filled, it will welcome walk-ins based on a first come, first served basis for a two-hour visit. The 50-ft. spherical dome is designed to bring unique and immersive seasonal pop-up activations to the property’s courtyard. First up, a festive evergreen forest: The Ember Lounge. Guests will be transported into a captivating night under the stars with a cozy dining atmosphere, craft cocktails, a chef-driven menu and a state-of-the-art projection show during a 90-minute experience. Guests will experience a journey starting with glowing Arizona sunset over the Grand Canyon, moving through a snowy evergreen forest, passing the Aurora Borealis, closing with starry skies, galaxies and beyond.
